The Honorable William Rush brings the Isabella County District Court to the campus of Central Michigan University . Not a mock court, but the actual court with real plaintiffs/defendants, Judge Rush will try alcohol/drug related cases beginning with thelowest level (first time offender),continuing to a second offender, and ending with a charge of felony. Students will gain a better understanding of the law and of the legal consequences of certain actions. After the proceedings, the judge will engage in a thought provoking discussion about the moral and legal aspects of the decisions made by the defendants.
